CKD / Type 2 DiabetesAre you aged ≥18 ≤79? Have been receiving stable treatment for your diabetes and diabetic kidney disease for the past 3 months? Are you able to participate in a study for up to 26 weeks?
DeLIVERAre you aged between 22 and 70? Have you been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes? Are you on a consistent drug regimen of Metformin or Metformin/Vildagliptin only? Do you have a waist circumference ≥102 cm (male) and ≥88 cm (female)? Have you been diagnosed with hypertension:SBP ≥140 mmHg OR on ≤2 hypertension medications with SBP ≥130 mmHg?

RSV OA TrialAged 60 or older, healthy or medically stable, and yet to recieve an annual influenza vaccine?
RSV TrialAge 18 - 49 years with an uncomplicated, singleton pregnancy with no known increased risk for complications, no history of severe adverse reaction associated with a vaccine and/or severe allergic reaction (e.g. anaphylaxis) to a previous vaccine, pre pregnancy body mass index (BMI) < 40 kg/m^2
RSV Trial (Melody)Baby born after October 2020, at 35 weeks gestation or above
Select - GCA (M16-852)Age 50 years or older, have diagnosed Giant Cell Arthritis, headache/jaw pain/vision loss, shoulder and/or hip pain
The ALIGN Study (CHK01-01)Aged 18 or older, diagnosis of IgAN, on a stable dose of an ACEi or ARB.
Ulcerative colitisAge less than 65 years, have diagnosed ulcerative colitis and experiencing increase in daily stool frequency and/or rectal bleeding, no allergy to antibiotic vancomycin, willing to undergo two colonoscopy procedures as part of the study (3 months apart)
